By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as any taxes and other charges incurred in connection with your account on the applicable fee schedule.

All fees and charges are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, except as expressly set forth in these Terms. We may change our fees at any time in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscription and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting us directly. If you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, but will not be renewed thereafter.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the Services will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter or their formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the City of San Francisco. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

13. Entire Agreement

The Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Synthobase.shop regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
